New Observations: Bearded Women

Coming from a country where women shave, wax, pluck, laser, surgically remove hair from all sorts of places, you will understand why this observation is so jaw dropping. In Congo, hair on women in generally is acceptable somewhat equivalent to the beauty of a fine European woman. But, Congo takes it a step further with bearded women. At least 1 in 50 women (my observed statistic) has a full mustache and perhaps a full chinstache too. No, I am not talking about just a slightly darker hue resulting from some hair. I am talking about wedding pictures of a women that make you do a double take to figure out without the dress if the person is a guy or a girl. This makes life a bit easier for me when I can't get a good brow and lip wax...but I am sure that my face is not politely subtle every time I see a lady with a goatee.
